Hi, I’m Arnav, a Melbourne-based creative shooting all things cars. My work spans across studio, on-location, and event photography.
Studio Sessions
Studio work is produced across multiple locations around Melbourne, using controlled setups tailored to each vehicle. Lighting is kept intentional, ranging from simple, clean illumination to more dramatic use of shadow, depending on the requirements. Perfect for highlighting the unique shapes, surfaces, and proportions.
On- Location Shoots
On-location shoots are planned through location scouting, with each setting chosen to suit the car. This includes a mix of outdoor and indoor locations, using natural light, flash, and light-painting techniques.
Events and Motorsport
Documenting car events is a huge part of my work. These range from organised motorsport events to community meets such as Cars and Coffee every weekend, with an emphasis on atmosphere movement, and context.
